Return & Replacement Policy

At Tejya, every order is handled with care to ensure authenticity, quality, and a premium spiritual shopping experience. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1-Day Damage Replacement Policy

Tejya does not offer returns or refunds for damaged goods. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a replacement request, the customer must email us at info@tejya.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The email must include:

  • Order ID or proof of purchase

  • Clear images of the damaged product

  • A complete unboxing video showing the product condition

  • Details of the issue faced

Replacement requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all tags, labels, and original packaging intact

  • Supported with valid proof of purchase

  • Supported with clear video proof of damage or defect

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours at info@tejya.com with video proof so our team can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable replacement.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Special orders

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to customer handling after delivery

For hygiene, spiritual sanctity, and product integrity reasons, used spiritual accessories, rudraksha items, gemstones, malas, bracelets, and energized products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered in good condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for size, preference, design choice, or change of mind. If a product is delivered in damaged or defective condition and the request is approved, Tejya will provide a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.

Refunds

Tejya does not provide refunds for damaged goods. Approved damage cases will be resolved through product replacement only.

In exceptional cases where a replacement is not available, Tejya may review the matter internally and decide the best possible resolution.
