At Tejya, every order is packed with care to ensure that your spiritual accessories, gemstones, rudraksha, pooja items, and luxury spiritual products reach you safely and in proper condition.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed successfully, our team begins processing it with care. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

For customized, personalized, handmade, energized, or special-order products, processing may take additional time depending on the nature of the product and the preparation required.

Orders are processed only on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on your location, courier partner, and service availability.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, high-demand periods, festivals, weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tejya will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

In some cases, Tejya may offer free shipping or promotional shipping benefits. Such offers may change from time to time and will be visible on the website or at checkout when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication method provided at the time of placing the order.

Customers are advised to track their shipment using the tracking details shared after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, email ID, and pincode are correct before placing the order.

Tejya will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable customer details.

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video before opening the parcel.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us at info@tejya.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and complete video proof.

As per Tejya’s policy, damaged goods are eligible for replacement only after verification and approval. Refunds are not provided for damaged goods.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us at info@tejya.com with your order details.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the shipment status.

Tejya is not responsible for courier delays caused by natural events, strikes, lockdowns, operational issues, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Failed Delivery or Returned Shipment

If a shipment is returned to Tejya due to failed delivery, incorrect address, customer refusal, or non-availability of the customer, we may contact you for further instructions.

Re-shipping may be arranged after confirmation from the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, Tejya primarily ships orders within India. If international shipping is available for a particular order, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
